Pull request overview
Adds a new documentation page describing the Router component’s role in the Fabric-X Orderer (Arma) request ingestion and forwarding path, including routing, validation/classification, configuration update handling, metrics, and reconfiguration behavior.
Changes:
- Introduces
docs/router.mdwith an end-to-end Router workflow description (from Fabric Broadcast / internal submit to batcher/config-submitter). - Documents shard mapping and shard-router stream selection behavior (CRC64-based mapping and stream selection).
- Documents Router-facing configuration knobs, metrics, and failure/recovery behavior.

This commit adds doc for the router component.
